Is the portal really free for 12 months?

Yes — when you buy any library, your account is automatically given 12 months' free access to the Small Team compliance plan (5 viewer seats), including the dashboard and staff acknowledgement tracking. There's nothing extra to pay and no card required for it; it never auto-charges. At the end of the 12 months your account simply reverts to library-only unless you choose a paid monthly tier.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. You manage your subscription via Stripe's Customer Portal — cancellation takes one click and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

What happens if I just buy the library and not a monthly plan?

You keep permanent access to download and use the policies for your service. You won't get the compliance dashboard, ack tracking or staff seats — those are tied to an active monthly subscription.

Do I need to buy the library before subscribing?

Yes — the one-off library purchase (from £495) is a one-time foundation. Monthly tiers add the team + compliance layer on top.

Can I switch tiers later?
