CuraFlow is the software half of a specialist UK care-compliance consultancy. The policies, the workflows and the audit-ready exports come from the same people who write them for our consultancy clients.
Why we built it
For years, we've helped UK care providers get registered, prepare for inspection, and keep their policy library up to date. The same problem came up at almost every engagement: a folder of Word documents, a sign-off spreadsheet, and no real way to prove what every staff member had read and when.
CuraFlow is what we wished existed for our own clients. One service-type-specific library. One acknowledgement log. One export you can hand to an inspector. The consultancy expertise comes baked in — every policy is mapped to the relevant CQC KLOEs or Ofsted SCCIF standards, the variables are filled in from your company profile, and the dashboard tells you who is up-to-date and who needs a nudge.
We're a small team. If something is missing, broken, or just annoying, you can almost certainly reach the person who wrote it within a business day.
