Staff Wellbeing Mental Health and Stress policy

Work-related stress is addressed here through the HSE management standards, with guidance on assessing and managing stress risk across the workforce. The policy covers support for mental health, the particular pressures of a lone-working caring role, and how sickness absence, return to work and adjustments are handled. A stress risk assessment annex is included.
