DBS and Right to Work Checks policy

Detail on two checks every home care employer relies on. It sets out DBS levels and eligibility, how checks are carried out, how disclosures are assessed, the use of DBS Adult First where someone starts before the certificate arrives, and re-checking for ongoing suitability.
