Staff Conduct and Professional Boundaries policy

Working in someone's home makes professional boundaries harder to hold. The code of conduct here explains what boundaries are and the situations that put them under pressure: gifts, money, loans and bequests, social media and contact outside work, and outside interests. Reporting a crossed boundary, the consequences, and a staff acknowledgement are included.
