Governance and Accountability Framework policy

A framework for how your service is governed: the structure, lines of accountability, and the roles of the provider, nominated individual and registered manager. It deals with delegation and decision-making, governance meetings, quality assurance and audit, the risk register, and information governance, along with how the service listens, learns and improves.
