Equality Diversity Inclusion and Human Rights policy

Protected characteristics, the forms discrimination can take and the duty to make reasonable adjustments are set out here, alongside a human rights-based approach built on the FREDA principles. The policy also looks at equality in how care is delivered and at inequality in health and care outcomes.
