Equality Diversity and Inclusion Workforce policy

Covering the protected characteristics and the law behind them, this policy sets out how equality and fairness apply across employment. It addresses reasonable adjustments for disabled staff, building an inclusive culture, preventing harassment and discrimination, and the routes for raising and dealing with concerns. Equality monitoring data and the duties of managers and supervisors are also covered.
