Bullying and Harassment policy

Bullying and harassment are described here alongside the legal duty to prevent harassment at work, including harassment by third parties. The policy sets out preventive measures, informal and formal routes for raising a concern, how reports are responded to, and the support and protection from detriment available to staff. Duties for managers and supervisors are set out separately.
