Mandatory Training Framework policy

Setting out the duty to train under regulation 18, this policy describes the mandatory training set, the Care Certificate and qualifications, and Oliver McGowan training on learning disability and autism. It also covers the training matrix, frequency and refreshers, how delivery and competence are checked, and how training is recorded, funded and made accessible.
