Equipment and Medical Devices Management policy

Where equipment in someone's home comes from matters, because different sources carry different duties for the provider. The policy covers using safe, marked devices for their intended purpose, equipment the organisation supplies, hoists and slings, pre-use checks, and arrangements for maintenance, servicing and record keeping under PUWER and LOLER.
